Talking about practice ...
Practices are held every afternoon from 3:20 until 5:00 (2:30 until 4:00 on Wednesdays). During winter conditioning (November-February) practices are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Runners are expected to be dressed and ready to go at the appointed time.
Training consists of a variety of workouts that includes runs on campus and in the surrounding streets and hills.
Consistency is key here and runners are expected to attend at least two practices a week during cross country and track. Meets can count as one of the two days.
Weekly workouts will be published here so athletes can plan accordingly. We will have modifications for those who attend practice daily.
